You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
You must be at least 18 years old or legally eligible to enter into contracts
GlobelZone is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
You agree not to use GlobelZone services for:
Illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful activities
Hosting malware, phishing, or spam content
Copyright infringement or distribution of pirated material
Activities that disrupt servers or network performance
Unauthorized access to systems or data
Mining cryptocurrency without written permission
Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination without notice.
Shared resources must be used fairly
Excessive CPU, memory, or bandwidth usage may lead to limitations
Automated scripts causing server overload are prohibited
GlobelZone reserves the right to throttle or suspend accounts impacting others
Customers have full administrative control and responsibility
You are responsible for server security, updates, and data protection
GlobelZone is not liable for misconfiguration or data loss
Abuse originating from VPS or cloud servers is the customer’s responsibility
Services are billed in advance (monthly, annually, or as selected)
All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination
Prices may change with prior notice
GlobelZone may suspend or terminate services if:
Terms are violated
Payment is overdue
Services are used for abusive or illegal purposes
Required by law or regulation
Data may be deleted after termination without obligation to retain backups.
GlobelZone may offer backup services as a courtesy
Customers remain responsible for maintaining their own backups
We do not guarantee data recovery under any circumstances
We strive to maintain high availability
Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime
GlobelZone is not liable for outages beyond reasonable control
No uptime guarantee is implied unless explicitly stated in a Service Level Agreement (SLA).
All GlobelZone branding, content, and systems are our property
Customers retain ownership of their hosted content
You grant GlobelZone permission to host and transmit your data as needed to provide services
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
GlobelZone shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
Liability is limited to the amount paid for services during the previous billing period
You agree to indemnify and hold GlobelZone harmless from claims, damages, or losses arising from:
Your use of services
Violation of these Terms
Hosted content or data
You agree to comply with:
Local, national, and international laws
Data protection regulations (including GDPR)
Industry-specific compliance requirements
